Rest and Smith in one visit
Miniature Tent lets you choose any number of rest-site options. That removes the ordinary tradeoff between using the campfire to recover and using it to upgrade a card. It means choosing available actions, not assuming the same action can be repeated without limit.
The distinction matters for relic triggers. Stone Humidifier requires choosing Rest to gain maximum HP. Eternal Feather heals on entering the site. The Tent does not make their triggers identical; it gives you more choices after entering.
Extra menu options can increase its usefulness. Shovel adds digging for a relic, while Girya adds a limited Strength action. Inspect the actions actually available in the current run rather than assuming every campfire can provide all of them.
When buying the Tent, include the number and position of remaining rest sites. A benefit attached to several upcoming campfires is different from one purchased after the final visit. Still compare the shop’s other offers: an immediate potion can be necessary when the run is at risk before the next fire. See campfire relics for the entry-trigger versus Rest-trigger distinction.
