SozuEntropic Brew is not a workaround for a restriction on obtaining potions, and extra slots from Potion Belt do not themselves create usable potions.
Entropic BrewExtra capacity from Potion Belt can increase the available room in ordinary circumstances, but capacity and permission to obtain potions are separate requirements.
