Unceasing Top and draw restrictions

Unceasing Top requires an empty hand during your turn. One unplayable card or one card you cannot afford can prevent the next draw. A low-cost deck may exploit the relic, but the relic does not make the expensive cards it finds free.

Statuses and Curses are therefore important. An unplayable Void from TURBO can obstruct the hand-emptying plan after it is drawn. Discard and Exhaust effects may remove obstacles, but they need to be available and usable before the chain is blocked.

The empty-hand condition also does not override a draw prohibition. Battle Trance stops further draws after its own burst. Fiddle prevents mid-turn drawing. Top cannot restore the missing access just because every playable card has left hand.

Do not label a deck infinite merely because it contains several zero-cost cards and Top. Check every card that can be drawn, the resources needed to clear it, and any enemy effect that adds more statuses. A draw chain that ends reliably after one payoff is still useful; it does not need to be misdescribed as unlimited to justify the relic.
